IRS Publications and Forms
Choose from dozens of helpful tax publications developed by the IRS to help taxpayers have a better understanding of various tax issues. Available in PDF format, these publications are written in a plain language format geared specifically to taxpayers.
CDOR
The Colorado Department of Revenue now has an online tool to assist taxpayers. The new online portal allows taxpayers to review prior returns, file protests, check the status of payments, refunds, etc. Please click here for tips and tools on how to access this information.

Tax Information Center
The tax information center provides an interactive calendar which highlights federal and state tax due dates, special firm events and other important dates that may be of interest to you. Because the calendar is continually updated, check back often to keep track of filing requirements, deadlines and other events that will help you stay current and up-to-date.
Looking for a federal tax form? Browse this online tax forms library found in the tax information center to find downloadable IRS forms for tax year 2009. Applicable 2010 tax forms are also available. The forms are presented in PDF format and are acceptable for filing with the IRS.

American Society of Appraisers
"The American Society of Appraisers (ASA) is an organization of appraisal professionals and others interested in the appraisal profession(....) It is one of eight major appraisal societies that, in 1987, founded The Appraisal Foundation, a national nonprofit organization created to establish uniform criteria for professional appraisers. Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants
With more than 8,500 members, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA) is the only organization in the State of Colorado dedicated to serving the professional needs of CPAs, educating consumers about CPAs and the services they provide, and encouraging students to study accounting and enter the profession. Ron Seigneur recently completed his year as the chair elect of the Colorado Society of CPAs, ending his term on April 30, 2010.
