We are sad to announce that our long-term friend and colleague Charlotte Hart passed away in early September 2022.
Charlotte was a member of the Seigneur Gustafson team for over 20 years. She joined the firm in 2002 as a Staff Accountant in our tax department after receiving her CPA license in 1999. She received her Certified Fraud Examiner certification in 2003 and became a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) in 2008.
Charlotte was an integral part of the Business Valuation team, and never hesitated to take on a new matter or pick up the reigns on an existing matter. You could always count on her to speak her mind with forcefulness and conviction. She always jumped in to mentor new employees from administrative staff to new financial analysts.
In the last couple of years, Charlotte moved to several different states, working remotely so that she could be closer to her family as she moved into her retirement years. Nevertheless, she was remained an essential part of the SG family.
Charlotte loved quilting and was very good at it. We all hope she is sitting at her sewing machine with all the fabric and thread her heart desires and continues to create the masterpieces that she was well known for.
You will be dearly missed Charlotte.
