Ryan Cram has worked as a Financial Analyst with Seigneur Gustafson LLP since 2016, and specializes in cannabis, hemp and early stage company valuation. Prior to joining SG, Ryan developed his professional skills as an investment analyst and adviser as a sell-side equity research analyst covering wireless semiconductor stocks for a boutique sell-side equity research firm in San Francisco, Charter Equity Research which was a top-ranked equity research firm according to Institutional Investor Magazine. In 2014, he started a consulting practice focused on helping canna-businesses with planning, fundraising and business valuation. His research has been published in various valuation publications and throughout Wall Street over the last several years. He’s also made several public and television appearances delivering commentary on the cannabis, hemp and wireless technology industries. Since 2013, Ryan has also owned and operated a successful equipment rental company within the cannabis industry providing him with unique insights, relationships and data into a nascent industry that lacks visibility.
Mr. Cram graduated from Colorado State University in 2003 with a degree in Finance & Real Estate, and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). He's an avid snow sport and fitness enthusiast.
